1. How far are you from the UC Davis campus?
1.5 miles from campus, there is also a bike trail behind our apartments that takes you directly to campus.
2. Are you on any bus routes?
Yes the W bus line is directly across the street from our apartments.
3. What utilities are the residents responsible for?
We pay water garbage and sewer. The utilities you are responsible for are gas and electricity.
4. Do the apartments come with assigned parking?
Yes one covered carport comes with each apartment at no additional cost. We also have garages available for rent.
5. Does the leasing office accept packages?
Yes
6. When were your apartments built?
The property was built in 1991, and has recently completed an exterior renovation in 2006.
7. How responsive is the maintenance staff?
We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance, and also complete work orders 6 days a week.
8. Do you have a roommate matching program?
Yes, just fill out a simple survey and we will match you based on preferences.
9. Does Tanglewood hold resident events to get to know your neighbors?
Yes each month we host a different event.
10. Are washers and dryers included free of charge?
We offer washer & dryer hook-ups in every apartment home. Additionally we offer washer & dryer sets, available for rent, at $25 per month.
11. Are your amenities 24 hours?
The fitness centers and dry sauna are open 24 hours. The pool, basketball, and tennis courts are open from 7am to 10pm.
